* Hands-On Instruction

Our goal for the Summer Conference is, first and foremost, to provide you with the information and training that you need. You can help us to offer Hands-On Instruction that will most benefit you and your facility by indicating the sessions you are interested in on the Registration Form.

Hands-On Instruction allows participants to make hands on changes within the test system and view actual results. One DAKCS trainer for every 5 participants ensures personalized instruction. Limited space is available, participants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Additional fee applies.

Each participant must have a laptop computer with the following minimum requirements:

Windows XP with minimum 512 MB memory
WiFi 80211G Capable
Screen Resolution of 1024×768
Terminal Emulator (Anzio or Pro-Comm) and Beyond.net Client (trial version of Beyond.net Client is available upon request)

Exhibitors

Leading vendors of products and services for the consumer debt industry will be on hand to demonstrate the latest and most innovative solutions. Exhibitors will be available to answer your questions on Thursday and Friday beginning at 8:30AM.

Guest Presenter

For twenty years Larry has helped organizations build more productive and profitable working cultures through the development of strong leaders and dedicated employees. Larry speaks on creating high performance organizational cultures through leadership, teamwork, customer service and straight talk. Additionally, Larry has eight years of real life experience as a manager in private sector health care, three years as a manager in city government, and 20 years as a professional speaker and president of his own consulting firm. Larry has written more than 50 articles on the topics of leadership, people management, customer service and changing corporate culture.
